How does it work?
Simply choose your product and upload your design. Once your order has come through, our team will reach out with a proof prior to printing. Once approved, we will print pack and post your order.
What sort of printing/decoration is it?
When chosing your garment, you select either printing or embroidery for your garment design.
How long does it take?
Generally, your item will be posted within 5-10 business days however, if you need it sooner, just reach out and we will assist.
How does sizing work?
Unless you provide us with a specific size, we will use our expertise and size logos/prints accordingly to match the agreed mock up.
Please note our maximum PRINT size is 14x16 inches.
I'm looking for something not on your website, can you get it?
We can try! We have access to 1000s of products but don't list them all on our website.
Just reach out via email hello@theprintcrew.com.au and we'll be able to assist.
How long is shipping?
Shipping throughout Australia generally takes 5-7 business days with Express Shipping 1-3 business days after dispatch. Orders are generally dispatched 1-5 days after they are placed.

I'm local to Orange, can I pick up?
Of course you can! We are located in Springside. Reach out for more information.
I have my own shirts I need embroidery or printing on, can I bring them in or do I need to buy the blanks from you?
You can certainly bring them in! We 100% support BYO. Reach out for a quote for the printing or embroidery and then we can organise a time for you to drop off the items to us.
