Simply choose your product and upload your design. Once your order has come through, our team will reach out with a proof prior to printing. Once approved, we will print pack and post your order.
What sort of printing/decoration is it?
When chosing your garment, you select either printing or embroidery for your garment design.
How long does it take?
Generally, your item will be posted within 5-10 business days however, if you need it sooner, just reach out and we will assist.

How long is shipping?
Shipping throughout Australia generally takes 5-7 business days with Express Shipping 1-3 business days after dispatch. Orders are generally dispatched 1-5 days after they are placed.

At The Print Crew, we print and ship orders from straight from Orange, NSW! All shipping is tracked so you know exactly where your items are along their journey.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your items to be printed however this may be slightly more (up to 12-15) during peak sale periods. Please note this is for one off prints, for bulk orders (10-15+) turn around time is approx. 12 - 18 business days business days minimum
We do everything to ensure your items arrive in the above times, however as the courier companies are 3rd parties, from time to time there may be delays beyond our control.Â
If you feel your item is taking longer than anticipated, please reach out and we will do what we can to assist.
Please note for orders returned to us, you are liable for the RTS cost plus re shipping fees. For large orders, we suggest requesting insured shipping prior to checkout. If items are not insured and damaged, we will not be held liable.
